1. Termos gerais

✿ As comissões normais são somente para uso pessoal, o que significa que não podem ser vendidas ou usadas comercialmente. O uso comercial tem um custo adicional que pode ser abordado comigo ao especificar o que deseja na comissão.✿ Retenho os direitos da arte e o cliente não pode alegar ser de sua autoria. Uma pequena marca d’água que não pode ser removida será adicionada em todos os desenhos.✿ Tenho o direito de rejeitar qualquer pedido com o qual eu não esteja confortável em desenhar.✿ O cliente tem permissão de postar o desenho que comissionou desde que dê crédito a mim, preferivelmente um link para o meu perfil ou uma marcação na respectiva rede social que está sendo postado.

2. Pagamento

✿ Aceito pagamento via Pix. O pagamento tem que ser feito (ou inteiro ou metade) antes de começar o desenho.✿ A segunda metade do pagamento, para aqueles que desejam pagar metade-metade, deverá ser feita depois da aprovação do esboço. Eu não irei continuar o desenho antes que o pagamento seja feito por completo.✿ NÃO ACEITO REEMBOLSO depois de já ter iniciado o desenho.✿ Se a comissão for cancelada antes de eu começar, o cliente receberá um reembolso completo.

3. Processo e entrega

✿ Notificarei o cliente no momento que eu começar o desenho, consequentemente, o cliente perderá os direitos de requisitar um reembolso.✿ Pode levar até uma semana para terminar o esboço e duas semanas subsequentes para completar a comissão.✿ Vou mandar versões do projeto durante o processo para manter o cliente atualizado.✿ Somente três revisões pequenas são permitidas antes de ser cobrado um preço adicional.✿ Quando o desenho finalizado for aceito, eu vou enviar os arquivos .png em boa qualidade por e-mail. O desenho é digital, eu não envio versões físicas.

Ao me comissionar, significa que você leu atentamente, e CONCORDOU com os termos listados acima e na seção de commission.

1. General terms

✿ Regular commissions are for personal use only, meaning it cannot be sold or used for profit. Commercial use has an additional fee that may be talked through with me before the commission.✿ I retain the rights to my work and the client cannot claim it as theirs. A small watermark that may not be removed will be added to all artworks.✿ I have the right to reject any order that I’m not comfortable with drawing.✿ The client is permitted to repost the art they commissioned as long as I’m given proper credit, preferably a link to my profile on the respective social media.

2. Payment

✿ I accept payment via PayPal, it should be done either 50% or 100% upfront.✿ The second half of the payment, for those who wish to pay 50/50, should be done after the sketch is approved. I will not be continuing the drawing before the transaction is complete.✿ I DON’T ACCEPT REFUNDS after I have already started drawing the commission.✿ If the order is cancelled before I started it, the client will receive a full refund.✿ If a refund is underway, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to the client myself.✿ If the client requests a Paypal chargeback at any point when they were not allowed to, they will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for the client. Furthermore, they will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

3. Process and delivery

✿ I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.✿ It can take up to a week to finish the sketch and a subsequent two weeks to complete the commission.✿ I will send low resolution, watermarked WIPs (work in progress) during the process to update the client.✿ During the sketch phase, the client may ask for however many revisions as they wish, but after the sketch is approved, only 3 minor revisions are allowed before an additional cost will be required.✿ Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will send the full res .png files of the work via email. The artwork is only digital, I do not make physical prints.

By commissioning me, it means that you have thoroughly read, and AGREED to the terms listed above and in the commission section.
